Our website is hosted in the United States.
We reserve the right to make changes to these Legal Terms at any time. We will alert you about changes by updating the "Last updated" date, and by sending an email notification to subscribed users. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Athena Margaux Sanctuary Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing emotional, spiritual, and financial support to mothers and families who have experienced the loss of a baby. Our programs include grief support boxes, counseling resources, monthly healing circles, first-year angelversary tributes, memorial wall and candlelight ceremonies, free grief journals, hospital support, financial assistance, legacy and healing projects, volunteer opportunities, advocacy, and an annual day of remembrance.
We also operate an online merchandise shop at athenamargauxsanctuary.org/merchandise/ where 100% of proceeds go directly to supporting grieving families through our programs. Merchandise is intended for personal use only and is available to users aged 18 and older.
The information provided through our Services is not intended for distribution or use in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, the Athena Margaux Sanctuary name, logo, and branding (collectively, the "Content" and "Marks").
Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. By submitting a Contribution, you grant The Athena Margaux Sanctuary a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and share that Contribution for organizational and promotional purposes, including on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials.
You retain full ownership of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights associated with them. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your Contributions. You are solely responsible for your Contributions and agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from them.
Our online shop offers physical merchandise including crewneck sweatshirts, mugs, t-shirts, tote bags, and tumblers. All purchases directly support our nonprofit programs. Merchandise is available for personal use only and is sold to users aged 18 and older.
Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm your order via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
We make every effort to accurately display our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects actual colors or dimensions. All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax may be applied where required by law.
We ship within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Tracking information will be provided where available.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All payments are processed in US dollars. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through WooCommerce and PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of the purchase date for items in new, unused condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging. Please review our full Refund & Returns Policy for complete details.
Returns sent without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may not be accepted. Email admin@athenamargauxsanctuary.org before sending any return to obtain your RMA number.
The Athena Margaux Sanctuary Inc is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 39-3148992). Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We recommend consulting a tax advisor regarding your specific situation.
All donations go directly into the operation of this organization to support grieving mothers and families. We do not use donations for personal enrichment or unrelated expenses.
Donations are processed securely through PayPal and Classy. By donating, you confirm that the funds are yours to give and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. Donors may request anonymity at any time. We do not sell, trade, or share donor information with third parties.
Donation Refunds: Donations are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, contact us within 7 days at admin@athenamargauxsanctuary.org and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Our grief support programs — including grief boxes, counseling resources, financial assistance, and event participation — are provided free of charge to qualifying families. Availability is subject to capacity, funding, and eligibility. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program at any time without notice.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Terms; restrict access to, limit availability of, or disable any Contributions or content; remove files or content that are excessive in size or burdensome to our systems; and otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and facilitate proper functioning.

These Legal Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. You and The Athena Margaux Sanctuary irrevocably consent that the courts of New Jersey shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these Legal Terms.
To expedite resolution and control costs, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration. Informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one party to the other.
If informal negotiations fail, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in the State of New Jersey, United States. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis — no class actions or representative proceedings are permitted. We agree to pay arbitration fees if they are deemed excessive.
The following disputes are not subject to arbitration: any dispute seeking to enforce or protect intellectual property rights; any dispute related to allegations of theft, piracy, or unauthorized use; and any claim for injunctive relief. Such disputes shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction in New Jersey.
If a dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, it shall take place in the State of New Jersey.
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS.
