RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase and for supporting The Athena Margaux Sanctuary. We hope you are happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return the item to us for a refund or an exchange. Please review the policy below for full details.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging included.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at admin@athenamargauxsanctuary.org to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns submitted without an RMA number may not be accepted.

After receiving your RMA, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to:

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

• Please allow up to seven (7) days from the date we receive your item to complete the inspection and refund process.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
• Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

The following items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

• Digital products
• Downloadable items
• Customized or personalized items
• Items returned without original packaging

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at admin@athenamargauxsanctuary.org. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
