We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting mothers and families who have experienced the loss of a baby. Through heartfelt grief support, peer companionship, and financial relief for burial and remembrance, we ensure no mother walks this path alone.

2. How do merchandise sales support your mission?

All proceeds from our merchandise directly fund our programs, including grief support boxes, counseling resources, angelversary tributes, burial assistance, and more. By purchasing our products, you help us provide compassionate care and community to grieving mothers.

Our store features a range of thoughtfully designed items, including:

4. How can I place an order?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you encounter any issues.

Yes, The Athena Margaux Sanctuary is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our IRS EIN is 39-3148992.

13. Are your products tax-exempt?

As a registered 501(c)(3), The Athena Margaux Sanctuary is recognized as a nonprofit at the federal level. However, this does not automatically exempt us from New Jersey sales tax. Until we receive New Jersey’s ST-5 Exempt Organization Certificate, we are required to collect applicable sales tax on merchandise sales.
